All bookings require an online deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit amount varies by service and is deducted from your final bill. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred with sufficient notice.
Please arrive with clean, dry hair unless advised otherwise. Avoid heavy product build-up, and bring photos or inspiration if you have a particular look in mind.
We understand that things change. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less notice will result in a full cost of service charge!
